He was a grand child of a freedom fighter. Right from his childhood he was passionate about Armed Forces and had a dream to don military uniform.

Major Sanjay Baduni 
25 RR / 136 Fd Regt


His dream came true when he got selected to join the Army and passed out of the prestigious  IMA in 1985.
In 1995 Major Baduni 
was serving with 25 Rashtriya Rifles battalion, deployed in J&K for anti-terrorist operations. He fought for safty of his country  For the last time in Doda Operation in 24 Aug 1995.

Remembering a hero who left us very soon on his Balidan Diwas.

 Year, 1834  A landmark year in the Indian Military History when an unsung warrior decided to extend the boundaries of Maharaja Ranjit Singh’s empire to Ladakh which till the 15th century was part of Tibet and was ruled by dynasties of local Lamas.  General Zorawar Singh and the Battle of Mantalai May, 1834 Even though Lake Mansarowar holds very important place in the culture of Bharat, from the plains of India none of the organised forces had reached that far until Gen.Zorawar Singh took the conquest. After leaving Rudok, when Zorawar Singh marched into the district of Mansarowar, the people gave in without resistance and the victory was achieved without blood shed. ಹೃದಯದ ಬಳಿ ಕೇಳು, ಯೋಧ ದೇವರಲ್ಲವೇ?

ದೇವರು ತಾನು ಎಲ್ಲೆಡೆಯಲ್ಲೂ ಇರಲಾರೆ ಎಂದೇ ತಾಯಿಯನ್ನು ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸಿದ ಎನ್ನುತ್ತೇವೆ ಬಹುಷಃ ದೇವರು ಇದೇ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಯೋಧನನ್ನೂ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸಿರಬಹುದು ಅಲ್ಲವೇ? ಒಂದೊಂದು ಬಾರಿ ಹೃದಯದಿಂದ ಹೀಗೇ ದನಿಯೊಂದು ಕೇಳಿಬರುತ್ತದೆ ದೇವರೇ ಯೋಧನ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸಿದರೋ ಅಥವಾ ಯೋಧನೇ ಪ್ರತ್ಯಕ್ಷ ದೇವರೊ? ಮನದೊಳಗಿನ ಭೂಕಂಪ, ಪ್ರವಾಹದ ಸಂಕಟದಿಂದ ಪಾರು ಮಾಡುವವ  ಚೈತನ್ಯವು ದೇವರಾದರೆ  ಸುರಿಯುವ ಮಳೆ, ಭೋರ್ಗರೆದು ಹರಿಯುವ ಹೊಳೆಯನ್ನೂ ಲೆಕ್ಕಿಸದೆ ಕಾಪಾಡುವ ಯೋಧನೂ ದೇವರಲ್ಲವೇ? ಭಕ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ನೀಡಿದ ಒಂದಗಳು ಅನ್ನಕ್ಕೂ ಒಲಿಯುವ ಕರುಣಾಮಯೇ ದೇವರು ಎಂದಾದರೆ ನೀವೆಸೆದ ಕಲ್ಲಿನ ಗಾಯ ಮಾಸುವ ಮುನ್ನವೇ ನಿಮ್ಮ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಗಾಗಿ ಧಾವಿಸುವ ಯೋಧ ದೇವರಲ್ಲವೇ? ಬಹಳಷ್ಟು ಜನ ಸಂಕಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ದೇವರನ್ನು ನೆನೆಯುತ್ತೇವೆ ವಿಪತ್ತಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರವೇ ಯೋಧರ ನೆನೆಯುತ್ತೇವೆ ಹೃದಯದ ಮೇಲೆ ಕೈಯಿಟ್ಟು ಕೇಳಿ ಯೋಧನೂ ದೇವರಲ್ಲವೇ? ಭಗವಂತನಿಗೆ ಹಲವರು ಸ್ವರೂಪಗಳಿವೆ ಆದರೆ ದೇವರೊಬ್ಬನೇ ಹಲವಾರು ಬಣ್ಣದ ಸಮವಸ್ತ್ರ ಧರಿಸಿ ಬರಬಹುದು ಆದರೆ ಯೋಧರ ಹೃದಯದ ಬಡಿತ ಹೇಳುವ ಶಬ್ದ ಎಂದಿಗೂ ಒಂದೇ ಭಗವಂತನ ಅವಕೃಪೆಗೆ ಭಯಬೀಳುವ ನಮಗೆ, ಯೋಧನಿಗೆ ನೀಡಬೇಕಾದ ಗೌರವದ ಪರಿವೆ ಇಲ್ಲದಾಗಬಹುದೇ? ಆದರೂ ಯೋಧ ನಿಮಗೆ ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡುವ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಖ ತಿರುಗಿಸಿಹನೆ? ಮನದ ಮೂಲೆಯ ಆತ್ಮ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಯ ಕೇಳು ಯೋಧ ದೇವರಲ್ಲವೇ?
